Yes you can! Scroll to your manage events page, click on the event and cancel the event. Don’t worry about people who have gotten tickets. They will automatically receive a refund once you cancel your event.
This is probably the smoothest process. Head over to your wallet, hit the deposit button. Fill in your country and amount and follow the process and that’s it. You should get two emails confirming your deposit
This is even cooler! Your entire withdrawal process is up to you. You can get paid to your PayPal account or directly into your bank account. Get into your wallet, press the withdraw button, fill in your details and in a few business days, we will process your withdrawal and notify you immediately.

You’re already awesome. To share tickets, you first have to purchase the ticket, then go to your tickets page, click on the ticket and click share. Share your tickets with your friends or anyone directly on the Raven Livestream app. simply search for their handle and that it.
To change your username and name, just head over to your profile and edit it. It’s that simple. Kindly remember that only one user can have a unique username (@handle)

Yes, absolutely anyone and any organization can use Raven. Especially if your organizations host events regularly, this is the best opportunity to host virtual events and set ticket prices.
Apologies in-advance. If a user is bugging you, bullying or disturbing you or you find an event you have paid for to be quite what it’s not or goes against our guidelines, kindly report the creator or the event or flag the event. Remember to get enough evidence as well. You can also block users anytime from interacting with you in our chat.
If your event is reported and we find it goes against our safety guidelines we will suspend our account temporarily. You can simply appeal the report; we will review your report and remove your suspension.
You currently need to create your poster or event banner on a ratio of 1.91:1 or dimension of 1080 x 608px.
